What to monitor during the 12 weeks after treatment

Keep regular records

After medication ends, continue recording weekly weight and daily appetite, and add test dates to your calendar.

Changes to discuss promptly

If fever, sudden loss of appetite, weight loss, unsteadiness, or similar changes occur, contact the attending veterinarian rather than continuing to wait and see.
